Quick question: How much do you plan to change the rules of Thorn? I recently bought the game and was about to dive into a thorough read, but now I’m wondering if it’s better to wait for the updated rules.

The core rules aren't changing that much! I'm adding one additional larger thing (Skills), but the rest are small tweaks and clarifications.
THORN Crawl will be a whole new set of rules for doing hexcrawls, but that will be separate from the core rules for now.
